I think this is low in points too (as long as you don't eat half a tray...)
Base:
1 cup of graham cracker crumbs
2 tblespoons of melted margarine
2 tablespoons of brown sugar substitute
Mix up and put into 9*13 inch pan.Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Cool completely
Middle layer:
1 weight watchers instant vanilla pudding (or fat free)
500 grams of plain yogurt
1 - 19 ounce can of drained crushed pineapple
Combine ingredients and put over crumb bottom. Put into fridge to sit.
Top with dream whip or weight watchers topping.
Yummmmay. Enjoy!
