Week 2..

I'd say "of the Chelle plan" but I really didn't stick to the Chelle plan, and it showed. + 1.2 lbs. UGH UGH UGH. Things I know I did wrong:
-not enough water.
-we ate out a lot, so too much refined crap

Hopefully this week will be better.

I'm not berating myself over the gain, it's not worth it. Life goes on..
