well, despite how bad the week has been emotion-wise, food-wise i've been doing okay. i've not been snacking on garbage, we've not been eating out, i've been having water...
i took a course on base on wednesday and took the bus there. it's about a 20 minute walk to the base...so i got a good 40 minutes of walking in.
we're planning an extensive meal plan for like the next...foerever. lol. it will be good to have everything planned out. i just hope i have enough storage containers.
ummm, still not on "the Chelle plan" yet, but I only had one diet Coke today - a total improvement from the last few weeks. I also tried to up my water intake today, and think i did ok.
I did however have licorice for dinner... and now I feel gross. I also had a greek salad, but it was (gasp!) almost too heavy on the feta. Maybe that's why it was on sale...
so ya, that's me. I start the Chelle plan on Monday. eat better, drink more water (lots more..) and *sigh* head back to Curves at least 3x/week.
