I turn 30 on March 3. I have had the goal of being 160lbs for awhile now, and have been lacking motivation. I have given myself the goal of hitting 160 by my birthday. That gives me 8 weeks. I hope I can do it! This is somewhere between 25-30lbs (depending on how WI goes on Friday).
I emailed my bootcamp instructor yesterday, because I know I'm not being as effective at home as I could be. Another friend of mine is going with me on Thursday, and we're going to see what kind of plan she can work up for us. 1 or 2 days per week at the gym, and the rest will be at home. I hope this is what I need to make the 30ish by 30 goal!
On an unrelated note, I've also resolved to drink milk with supper now. I hate milk. Srsly. I put enough milk on my cereal to dampen it. However, I want to be positively model behaviour for the kidlet, so I thought I should start now! I was very mad to find out that 1 cup of skim milk is still 2 points! WTF??

That is a great goal and one I know you can achieve with commitment and determination! I'm looking to drop the same amount within 3 months so I'll be following you along and rooting for you!
