So i did it... I signed into WW & actually journaled my food intake today. Except for the disgusting mouthful of sickeningly-sweet tea my coworkers handed me as a joke (it had 6 sugars in it, instead of my normal 1 pkg sweetener - har forking har)...
It's going to be a slow start methinks, I'm within 10 lbs of where I started at the end of April, but it will get better. Bumpectomy is in 2 weeks & change, so hopefully by the beg. of February I'll be able to wear real runners again.
23 lbs to goal... ideally, I'd like that gone by the end of February. Doable? Sure hope so. Better get the crapfood outta my house now though!
